Residential Exterior Real Estate Imagery

Service Description

This shoot is for residential real estate listings. We capture the home from a view few see it from, above. Depending on the preference, this can be still photos, or a video. We would get footage of the home from all angles, the property, and surrounding neighborhood/landmarks from various altitudes.* We aim to showcase the view a potential buyer would see from their new home. Flying the land surrounding a home, or where a new home might be built on the land. This footage would be shot using the DJI Mavic Pro 3 Cine. All exterior footage is shot using ND/PL filters. We can edit the images and/or video in post-production, this service is separate from flight time and would be added to the cost of the service. Our post production services can add graphics, credits, animated text, music, etc., to any video. If this is not required, we can provide images and/or video, if editing will done by the client. In this case the client would only be charged for the flight time. *FAA regulations dictate what altitude if any we are allowed to fly. **We charge a minimum of 1 hour of flight time. After one hour, we start to bill in 15 minute increments.
