Service Description

We offer high resolution aerial images/video for the purpose of showcasing a property. This could be a short video to showcase the size of the building for a potential buyer, or the functionality of the property. It can be aerial images of the building(s) itself to offer more views of the property and increase the likelihood of a successful sale. We can edit the images and/or video in post-production, this service is separate from flight time and would be added to the cost of the service. We can provide images and/or video, if editing will be done by the client. In this case the client would only be charged for the flight time. ***We charge a minimum of 1 hour of flight time. After one hour, we start to bill in 15 minute increments. ***We charge a minimum of 1 hour of ground photography. After one hour, we start to bill in 15 minute increments. (note, you can opt out of ground photography, this must be communicated before the shoot)
